Nancy Acosta

Nancy Acosta is an accomplished, results-driven professional with over 35 years’ experience in the disciplines of management, sales, partnership accounting, internal auditing, negotiating, and most important achieving set goals. These proven attributes are supported by her rise to the corporate position of assistant credit manager and chief internal auditor reporting directly to the CFO of the Fortune 300 company. The focus of caring for every detail small and large comes directly from lessons learned as an auditor and her move up the corporate ladder. Because of Nancy’s proven ability to interface with multiple levels of management and the trades, she excels at getting projects completed timely and within budget. Nancy has assembled a team to mirror her philosophy, doing it right the first time and finding acceptable solutions to a variety of situations. Her personal hands-on approach offers both owners and tenants a positive outcome. Nancy continuously strives to make all the properties she and her team manage, properties a landlord is proud to own, and a tenant is proud to lease. Always a standout, Nancy’s dedication to her work whether in finance, winning the prestigious Chairman’s Award for exceeding set debt collection goals beyond what was collected at the corporate level or in sales for her dedication to her clients; she has always been unparallel. She set up standards and systems in over 100 stores for consistency, a concept she still applies today for the success of the properties she manages. Once again to excel and support her continuing education, Nancy studied and passed the Florida Real Estate License exam. She is a member of IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management which is dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management. Nancy is currently seeking her credentials for Accredited Commercial Manager.
